What is the "Easy Return" service?

The "Easy Return" service allows you to return documents and parcels up to 30 kg to the sender / seller free of charge after receipt. It is valid for 14 days after receiving the shipment and is available only in the mobile application or online account of Nova Poshta.

The "Easy Return" service is available only in the mobile application or in the business account in the electronic delivery note.

To take advantage of easy returns, you need to:

• log in to the mobile application of Nova Poshta or business account.
• open "My shipments" and select the received package that you want to return.
• In the "Manage package" section, select "Easy return".
• indicate the reason for the return of the goods from the proposed list.
• create a new electronic waybill and send the goods to the recipient at the post office, branch or address.

As part of the "Easy return" service, you can return a part of the goods from the entire package. But first you need to contact the seller and agree on the return of goods.
