The online store 25 UNION offers to exchange or return the product within 14 days if it did not fit or you just didn’t like it. To understand if the clothes fit comfortably, of course, you need to try them on. If you do not like the fitting results, you can always completely abandon the product or exchange it for another version.

The following simple rules must be observed to process a return:

1. The product has not been worn, has no spots, foreign smells - perfume, powder, etc.
2. The integrity of the product is preserved - no holes, cuts, punctures, stains, scuffs.
3. Saved all tags and packaging.

To make a return, you need to contact the manager and fill out the online form.

In case of violation of clauses 1, 2, 3, exchange/return is not accepted, the customer pays for delivery services and the full price of the product.
